Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package ground turkey breast

  • 2 tsp Herb Salt

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup dry curd cottage cheese

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Form into patties.
Pan fry over medium heat until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serve as burgers with your favourite toppings or enjoy as a breakfast patty.
